"R" Gas is a revolutionary new technology in which water can be "burned" as a fuel. Through a patented process, water is safely separated into hydrogen and oxygen gases, and then molecularly rearranged to create a new, "stoichiometric" mixture, called "R" Gas. It is now HHO, rather than HOH, the usual molecular structure of water.

This amazing discovery has brought about the creation of a revolutionary new gas welder with "never-heard-of-before" features ... With this one piece of equipment you cab cut and weld steel, and even weld aluminum. When the flame from "R" Gas is applied to any material, it develops the correct temperature required to weld, braze or cut that material. So, the same flame that can weld aluminum can sublimate tungsten.

The gas can be used with all conventional blowtorches, ignition being obtained with a simple hot spark.

  1. The flame does not emit ultra-violet light, thus welders do not require expensive protective eyewear. The temperature of the flame, when not in contact with material, is only 259º-279º.

  2. When the flame from "R" Gas is applied to a material, it develops the correct temperature required to weld, braze and cut just about any material. No temperature or gas adjustment is required.

  3. This variability allows you to safely weld fast-melting metals and ceramics, directly weld aluminum and Al-based alloys, and even sublimate tungsten metal with temperatures exceeding 13,000ºF.
