I have an extra dealership that I MAY part with for the right offer. I am not going to try to "Sell" anyone. If you have followed this project at all and know where we are and what we are in position to do for this world, then you know the value of a United Community Services of America dealership. I believe, right now, as it stands, that they are worth many millions of dollars. Why does my opinion count? Who am I? I have been a UCSA dealer since 1988. I was Dennis Lee's Executive Assistant from 1995 to 2005. I am still heavily involved with assisting Dennis. I edit videos, I assist with web sites and any other thing that I can do for him from my home, which will be Nevada again, after we move next week (Part of why I am considering doing this). I am currently the Vice-President of the UCSA Dealers Group that assists the dealer network with their businesses. I DO know the value of a dealership and I do not write this lightly. I have dedicated for the last 20 years to making this happen and we are now on the cusp of doing so. With the Pre-ignition Catalytic Converter (The PICC) technology coming out next year and the HYDRO ASSIST FUEL CELL (HAFC) being sold now, dealerships are extremely valuable. Dealerships are currently being sold for over $100,000.00 and I believe they will go for over a million in the next few months. (Go Here to watch a video on the PICC) With that and the product line that UCSA dealers get marketing rights to, a UCSA dealership can pay for itself in a month for an enterprising person. (See current product line) Not to mention what will happen after the Electricity demonstrations next July. (There are over 500 other revolutionary technologies waiting to be brought out after the electricity, ones that make Free Electricity PALE in comparison) The logical question you ask yourself is why would I sell one if the are so valuable. That is valid. I may not. It will be up to you to convince me to! I would not consider this under ordinary circumstances. If I only owned the one dealership, no financial hardship could persuade me to part with it. I am considering selling the extra one as I need liquid capital. I am moving, have had a death in the family and some extreme medical emergencies with my wife that make it necessary to consider this. I am looking for someone who knows of this project and what we are going to do for this world and wants to be a part of it. I am not looking to sell anyone on this. I won't try to "Talk you into it". You either want to be a UCSA dealer or you do not. I only want serious people with liquid capital to fill out the form below. This will be like an online auction. I will contact the highest offer if it is enough to convince me it is worth selling. If I do not get such an offer, I will probably just weather out this crisis and not sell. I will be moving the first week of November, so don't expect to hear from me that week. |
